  I am a professional vapor by take part in all competitions I've been vaping for close to 5 years. I feel that there is no knowledgeable people regarding the product they would sell anything to anybody they have no knowledge on coil making or coils or mods or tanks and many of the product is used and they have placed it in the shelf they give you no warranty no exchange no return All their stuff is busy would lottery and keno and cigar wraps they have a good quality of cigars but they have no idea how to sell them. In my personal opinion their store is overcrowded they have limited help. Their juices and equipment is on the floor. They have no proper display Of the product. They buy their product from Online or from New York some of their product is knock off it's not a original I have tried to explain to the owner and the staff That daily to properly shelf and categorize the items as well as check the dates on all the juices it is against the health department regulation to sell a product that is used or open especially juices and tanks. I am giving this in lengthy detail to all the customers really want to learn how to vape and learn the details on vaping industry To go to big cloud vape shop in Indian orchard or go to jimbudy in Chicopee Massachusetts these owners take pride in their store and they it will teach you and explain In and outs of all the equipment they will not just so you something and they don't know anything about it. I have also noticed that they have lots of After market products that's why they Will sell you anything if you don't know anything about vaping. Please be cautious when you buy something there Make sure it is the correct item you are buying. Their customer service skills are very poor They don't care about their customers as long as people are giving them money.
