They put the van in a snow bank and didn't even offer to put on the played. We waited around for the title for over an hour. As we would check in over the title we were snuffed off by the salesman. I sold cars and his bed side manners would have gotten him fired quick. Anyone knows you've got to make a customer feel wanted and appreciated. Last of all he never said thank you for your business.don't let him stop you from buying a car, deal with somebody else. Have a great day. Signed..... The Pennsylvania guy.
