  The "Extended Protection Plan" is a scam. When I purchased several appliances at Lowe's, I was sold the protection plan as an option available once the manufactures warranty expires. Of course that's not the case, The extended protection plan runs concurrent with the warranty offered from the manufacturer because of the "extra options it offers". What exactly are those extra options nobody knows. So if you're considering purchasing a plan from Lowe's I strongly advise against it and research local third-party options.

  Customer services is suck. I had more bad experiences than good. Cashiers are rude and they don't have manners. Home depot has better customer service and they always are willing to help.....

  I asked about the veteran's day special on Friday and it wasnt starting till Saturday and the waitress talked to the manager and he gave me a free breakfsst. They thanked me for my service and made me feel special, what great service and hospitality!
