The company did everything to get my scooter on time, they coordinate the entire shipment for my elderly father, and was very helpful with all of his inquiries. (and he had a lot!) The scooter arrived very well packed on a pallet. Tested it and it works just perfect. My father is now a happy camper! Thank you.
